I loved relaxing in the King Suite while enjoying the free spa facilities and taking in the breathtaking views from the hotel bar. There are also some great options for unwinding like karaoke nights and live entertainment. Just a heads up, my towels were a bit on the thinner side, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

i had a great time at this hotel in kazakhstan. the room was a queen suite that exceeded my expectations. it was beautifully updated and very comfortable. the staff were amazing, handling a difficult situation with a rude guest without losing their cool. their patience and professionalism really stood out!
I would mildly critique the breakfast. it was a bit repetitive.

The proximity to major attractions and restaurants made navigating the area a breeze. The room had a spectacular mountain view and was kept impeccably clean daily. Breakfast featured a good assortment including buttermilk biscuits, but the thin towels were slightly disappointing. Overall, the amenities were a nice touch, especially with the free access to the spa facilities.

We checked out Central Park of Culture and Leisure and MEGA Park, both were great spots to hang out. The breakfast had plenty of choices, which was a nice perk. The location also had easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the area. Recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!
The only downside was the bar experience on the top floor. It was challenging to find, and the atmosphere was lacking. We ended up feeling disappointed rather than enjoying our last night. It could use a bit of improvement.
